  Lowest of the low! Be warned, stay away! These guys were an absolute joke for the entire 2 years we rented one of their properties. Throughout our time renting a house from them in Burdell, they constantly sent us bills for things despite the owners of the property speaking to us in person explaing it was their expense. Finally when we left the house, we received a water bill for over $1000 to which they explained as water used, that wasn't charged for over the course of 2 years. They then wrote up their own list self guessed quotes to have things fixed such as a chip in one of the tiles which there was no evidence for. They then said they would be keeping all $2000 of our bond money as payment for their self made list of quotes. Being defence members, we moved interstate quickly after moving out of the property and they used this to their advantage knowing we would not be able to contest any of this as we were no longer in location. As a final result we received none of our bond money back after spending hundreds on a professional bond clean and the gardens done. The House was in flawless condition. Basically, behind the faces of the young girls who work in there are a bunch of thieving criminals. I would strongly advise to stay away of this rental agency and look elsewhere, especially if you are a military member.

  If you're thinking about renting a house i would think again!!! I rented a house for 4 years and had it professionally cleaned when i vacated and did not receive any of my bond back. Not to mention any maintenance issue's most had to be repaired out of my own pocket.. It's a big thumbs down for me..

  The worse realestate ive ever been to. They would not answer any of my questions when i asked them why they would not following up with maintenance issues. Over charged for rent, market value did not match other priorities in the area. The ladies who worked there had no idea what they were doing. So unprofessional, when i asked questions that were to hard for them to answer they would literally hang up on me. I had to deal with 3 different property managers who would blame each other for mistakes and in the end had to pay $1500 worth of damages that they could not prove. Their handy man went out twice to "fix" things and doubled up on labour cost and in his quote charged me for the same thing on the two different occasions. When questions i got hung up on and still no refund or apology for their dishonesty. DO NOT USE THIS REALESTATE !!!!

  Bloody terrible, my daughter has vacated a property and she has been denied access to fix cleaning issues. And now they are claiming to take all the bond to clean it themselves
