  Really poor customer service. Is there a level of stupid you have to reach just to get a job at North Shore Townsville Domino's?

  The service is abominable. The manager has no customer service skills. The delivery driver was tracked to just around the corner and then did a Uturn and went back in the other direction. Contacted the store and they offered no real explanation, after 40 minutes of my order being on the road whilst I was tracking I cancelled the order. They stated that it would take ten days to get a refund. I questioned them on this as even supermarkets do a reversal (refund) on the spot. The manager was not interested in my concerns with the delivery and refund. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  Locally owned and operated. Good to see our locals making a difference and providing great customer service and product. The employees are amazing as well at the management team. Well done guys.

  Can't go wrong with a pizza on a night you don't want to cook. Domino's have the whole online experience figured out. Quick and easy ordering and payment system with heaps of options to customise your pizza. Deals are frequent and it's nice and close.
